In the trial version, you can experience both single and
multiplayer gameplay, including limited vehicle combat. In the single
player campaign level The Silent Cartographer, you assume the role of
super-soldier Master Chief as you take on the fierce alien faction known
as the Covenant. In the multiplayer map Blood Gulch, up to 16 human opponents
can light each other up with devastating weaponry and combat vehicles,
including the new Rocket Warthog and the Banshee, either online or via

Stick Soldiers 2 is the sequel to Stick
Soldiers. This time, the 2D graphics has been
enhanced with more animations,
and you have even more weapons at your disposal. The best addition
is the "team death match" multiplay mode, which lets you
team up with your friends to wreck havoc on other teams.
The basic idea of the game remains the same: run around and pick up different guns to kill your opponents. In addition to new character graphics and weapons, this sequel adds welcome customizability: you can now change your name, sounds, and graphics modes. Sound and special effects have also been enhanced - you can now see a cool Max Payne- style 'bullet time' effect. Last but not least, Stick Soldiers 2 comes with a level editor. Check out this site for Stick Soldiers 3. A much better game with online play capablility |

Our goal with Unreal
Tournament was to create these very human-like opponents that would
challenge you in a variety of different contests. We wanted to give
people the non-stop adrenaline-pumping experience of online multiplayer
games whether they wished to go online or not. There are four major
game types: Deathmatch, Capture The Flag, Assault and Domination. Assault
is an objective-based team game, where one team plays defense and one
team plays offense. For however long the defending team can keep the
attacking team from meeting their objective, they get the same amount
of time to play on offense. If they can achieve the goal faster than
the team they defended against, then they win. One example is taking
over a speeding train with the goal of controlling it, another is storming
a beachfront embankment with the goal of taking out a giant cannon.
In Domination the idea is to control points on the map, called "domination points" and
each time you run over a domination point it turns to the color of
your team. Based on the time you control the point you score game points
- it all makes for some rather fast and furious games. Capture the
Flag is a pretty straightforward team-based game, and Deathmatch can
be played everyone for themselves or on teams. Domination and Team
Deathmatch can be played by up to four teams. |

In Battlefield 1942 you fight World War
II's historic battles when the Axis Powers met the Allies in different
parts of the world. You fight the battles of Midway, the D-Day invasion
in Normandy, and the war in North Africa and Japan where millions of
people fight and give their lives on land, at sea, and in the air.
The game is a first-person shooter with many assignments spread over four campaigns. Several players can fight online on wide battle fields and control airplanes, tanks, and aircraft carriers. The weapons are easy to handle, but to be successful in Battlefield 1942 you must be cunning and have stamina. This multiplayer demo includes the Wake Island map. If you plan to host a game server, be sure to download the server files as well. |
